It started with a place and an idea: What if we converted an office building in the heart of downtown De Pere, Wisconsin, into a hub to advance business, develop professionals and build community?

The concept, which originally focused on advancing women within the community, now offers professional office spaces, communications training and a partnership with Schreiber Foods Institute for Women’s Leadership at UW-Green Bay.
